CONTRACT CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Cancellation before the project begins: If the project is canceled before it starts, the client will receive a refund of the payment made, minus an administrative fee. If no payment has been made, Didaci Studio will invoice the client for the administrative costs.
• Cancellation after the project has started, but before reaching the halfway point: If the project is canceled after work has begun but before reaching the halfway point, the client will receive a partial refund. The amount will be determined by Didaci Studio based on the work completed and resources utilized. If the payments made by the client up to the cancellation date are insufficient to cover the work and resources already committed by Didaci Studio, the studio will issue an invoice for the outstanding amount, and the client is required to settle this payment.
• Cancellation when half of the project has been completed: If the project is canceled when 50% or more of it has been completed, no refunds will be provided for payments already made. Additionally, the client must pay any remaining balance if the full agreed amount for the contracted work has not yet been paid.
